In the light of global precautions surrounding the spread and containment of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Chiswick Auctions is closely monitoring the UK Government and Public Health England’s advice on the current situation and adapting our processes and policies as required.
In these difficult times, the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us and so in line with the Government’s COVID-19 guidance, we have made the decision to close all our premises to the public until further notice, effective 24 March.
We continue to run a scaled down business, and you can still contact us via email or by telephone. To make things easier, we have set out below some key information on how we can help you buy, sell and consign using our online services.
We are fully functional online and will continue with our sales during this time. We are continuing to see positive results which has assured us that the market remains buoyant:

Consignments and Valuations:
We are no longer able to offer on-site valuations but our Valuations Team are still able to provide valuations for our Summer and Autumn sales through our Online Valuation Form. It is as simple as uploading images and details of your items. If you wish to contact one of our specialists directly to discuss a specific consignment or a larger collection, a list of their contact information can be found here.
As we are now closed to the public, we cannot accept collections or deliveries to any of our premises at this time. The earliest possible delivery and collection slots will be made available on Tuesday 14 April, unless stated otherwise by the UK Government.
